PRECINCT WAS CHANGED.
People Who Formerly Voted at Wind-
*or Will Now Cast Ballot at Rochelte.
At a meeting of the Board of Coun.
ty Commissioners in Oetober it was
ordered that the voting place of Pre.
sinec No. 15 be changed from Windsor
to Rochelle. and voters will be gov.
erned accordingly.
Chairman Thomas of the board sta-
ted that the change was made upon the
petition of a large number of voters
of that precinct. At one time the ma-
jority of the voters of the preeinet
resided near Windsor. but conditions
were so changed that the tide of ha-
manity centered around Rochelle,
which is now the largest village in the
precinct.
