Save Building and Property.
LaCrose, made last night to burn the Seaboard
Air Line depot as this place. Their
ws krrvmene poured on a bale of eot-
ton, anmd other bales piled all around
clue to the one on fire. Traces of
kerosene were plainly found.
The entire structure with lots of
cotton and freight would ihav burned
up had not the fire been discovered by
part les r'aing the dep~ just at day-
brak.
There is no elue* as to the guilty
parties, though on effort is being made
to tind one.
