Abstract: Environmental engineering professor William E. Bolch Jr. is studying how much radioactive waste is being generated and how the amount can be reduced. The project is being funded by a grant of $70,000. Radioactive waste of some type is shown being poured into a metal drum. Protective garb is not worn by the men involved in the work.
