Abstract: University of Florida professor Dr. Jerald Milanich is working on an archaeology site in Lake City. A resident of Lake City discovered a six to ten foot high Indian mound. The mound was found to be the site of an actual indian village. Data gathered from the site will be analyzed and could be applied to findings at other sites.
