Summary: Dr. Walter Auffenberg, curator of reptiles at the Florida State Museum, and graduate student Kent Vliet have been studying the courtship behaviors of alligators. At the St. Augustine Alligator Farm they get in the water with the large reptiles and observe and photograph the various movements of the creatures so that they can identify and quantify them.
