Full Text
La Perla is a slum neighborhood, originally a squatter community, outside of the northern historic city wall of Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, stretching about 600 meters along the rocky Atlantic coast immediately east of the cemetery Cementerio de Santa Maria Magdalena, from the Castillo San Cristobal to the east all the way to the Cemetary and the Fuerte San Felipe del Morro to the west.
