RETURN OF HIS HONOUR THE ADMINISTRATOR.


With reference to Government Notice No. 120 of 7th March, 1952, His
Honour WALTER FLEMING COUTTS, M.B.E., Administrator, St. Vincent, arrived
in the Colony by air at 3.30 p.m. on 29th October, 1952, and resumed the
Administration of the Government of St. Vincent.

SUNDAY 9TH NOVEMBER, 1952. the War Memorial.
--All ex-service men should wear
The Official commemoration of Re- medals. Medals held by relatives of


membrance Sunday will take place :it
the War Memorial, Market Square,,
Kingstown, beginning at 10.45 n.m.
The following ceremony will take
place:-
1. Arrival of His Honour the Admin-
istrator.
2. At 11 a.m.a gun will be fired from
Police Headquarters to indicate
the commencement of two minutes
silence and another gun will be
fired two minutes later to denote
the termination of the silence.
3. The Last Post.

For the purpose ofithe Ceremony and
the silence to be observed at the War
Memorial, time will be taken by the
Cathedral clock.
All 1)prsoiis are requested to observe
the two minutes silence at 11.00 a.m.
and all vehicular traffic and normal
activities should be suspended during
the silence.
