PUBLIC PROCESSIONS (PROHIBITION) (NO. 2) ORDER.

(Gazetted 7th July, 1952).


1. Short title. This Order may be cited as the Public Processions
(Prohibition) ('No. 2) Order, 1952.

2. Prohibition. The holding of public processions (exclusive of religious
processions) within the districts specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby
prohibited for a period of one month from the date of commencement of this
Order.

3. Cancellation. The Public Processions (Prohibition) Order, 1952, (S.R.
& 0. 1952, No. 46) is hereby cancelled.

4. Commencement. This Order shall come into force on the 7th day of
July, 1952.

SCHEDULE.
All that part of Charlotte Parish bounded on the North by the Rabacca Dry
River, on the South by the Grand Sable River, on the East by the Sea Coast and on
the West by Mt. Brisbane.
All that part of the Parishes of St. Andrew and St. George included within the
area described by a line running East from the Sea Coast at Byahaut through
DeBois to Mt. St. Andrew then in a South-easterly direction to Belair then West to
Greathead Bay then North to Byahaut.

Made by the Governor under section 5 (2) of the Public Order Ordinance, 1951,
(No. 27 of 1951) this 7th day of July, 1952. -
