DEPARTURE OF HIS HONOUR THE ADMINISTRATOR ON VACATION
LEAVE.
It is notified for e'.,ral information that His Honour WALTER FLEMING
COUTTS, M.B.E., Administrator, St. Vincent, left the Colony on 6th March,
1952, en route via Barbados to the United Kingdom where he proposes to spend
six months' vacation leave.
7th March, 1952.

ACTING APPOINTMENTS.

The Honourable CYPRIAN BERNARD GIBBS, Assistant Administrator, has
this day taken the prescribed Oaths in accordance with the provisions of Sub-
section (2) of Article 7 of the Windward Islands Letters Patent bearing date
27th nAgust, 1951, and atssutmed the Administration of the governmentt of St.
Vincent cuisequent on the departure on leave in the United Kingdom of His
Honour W. F. COUTTS, M.B.E., Administrator.


Mr. OSMOND R. KELSICK D.F.C., recently Acting Assistant Chief Secretary,
Windward Islands, as Assistant Administrator and iEstablishment Offi'er.
Mr. KELSICK, who arrived in the Colony on the af t.rnoon of the 6th March,
1952, assumed duty today, 7th March, 1952.
