Notice is hereby given that the Church of God of Prophecy in St. Vincent intends to
promote a Private Bill for an Act to provide for the incorporation of the Trustees of the
said Church of God of Prophecy.
Objects and Reasons
The object of this Bill is to permit the Body of free religious worshippers to set up
churches and places of worship, and to acquire, hold, sell, buy and otherwise deal with all
property for the purposes of their said denomination or religion and other charitable purposes.

VACANT POST OF PRISON OFFICER

Applications are invited from suitably quali-
fied persons for appointment as Prison Officer
in the St. Vincent Prison Services.
Candidates should be between the ages of 23
and 35 years, should be at least 5' 9" in height
with chest at least 36 inches (expanded) and
should have attained the Primary School Leav-
ing Certificate. Persons possessing subjects at
G.C.E. 'O' Level or its equivalent will be an
asset.
Applications must be accompanied by at
least three (3) testimonials, one of which should
be from the present or last employer.
Salary will be in the scales:-
$2,400 X $120-$2520 X $180-$3600 X
$240-$4080.
Further particulars can be obtained from the
Superintendent of Prisons, Prisons Department,
Kingstown, St. Vincent.
Applications, in the applicant's own hand-
writing, should be addressed to the Chief
Personnel Officer, Service Commissions Depart-
ment, Kingstown and should reach him not later
than 10th November 1976. Interested persons
who have applied previously are advised to
submit new applications.

ceremony will take place at the War Memorial,

POST OF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
NATIONAL PROVIDENT FUND
ST. VINCENT

Applications are invited from suitably quali-
fied persons for appointment to the post of
Executive Officer, National Provident Fund.
Applicants should be in possession of at least
three subjects G.C.E. "O" Level including
Mathematics and English or the equivalent.
A minimum of five years experience in a Senior
post in the accounting field is essential.
Salary will be in the scale $5100 X $300-
$6600. Plus an interim pay increase of $900.00
per annum.
Applications together with two recent testi-
monials should be addressed to the Director,
National Provident Fund to reach him not later
than 30th November, 1976.

AID TO PIONEER INDUSTRIES (MANUFACTURE OF CLOCKS
AND WATCHES) ORDER, 1976.


(Gazetted 26th October, 1976).


1. Citation. This Order may be cited as the Aid to Pioneer Industries
(Manufacture of Clocks and Watches) Order, 1976.
2. Declaration. The establishment, maintenance and operation in the
State of manufacturing plant for the manufacture of clocks and watches is
hereby declared to be a Pioneer Industry for the purposes of the Aid to'Pioneer
Industries Ordinance, 1952, and clocks and watches so manufactured are
declared to be a pioneer product for the said purposes.


Made by the Governor under section 3(1) of the Aid to Pioneer Industries
Ordinance, 1952, (No. 5 of 1952) this 21st day of October 1976.

(ST. VINCENT) LIMITED) (MANUFACTURE OF MOPS AND BROOMS)
ORDER, 1976.


(Gazetted 26th October, 1976).


1. Citation. This Order may be cited as the Aid to Pioneer Industries
(Fanciwear Garments (Saint Vincent) Limited) (Manufacture of Mops and
Brooms) Order, 1976.
2. Declaration of Pioneer Manufacturers. Under the Aid to Pioneer
Industries (Manufacture of Mops and Brooms) Order, 1976 (S.R. O. 39 of 1976)
(Fanciwear Garments (Saint Vincent) Limited) are hereby declared pioneer
manufacturers in relation to a pioneer factory situate at the Camden Park
Industrial Estate and in relation to the, establishment and operation of manu-
facturing plant for the manufacture of mops and brooms, and for the purposes
of the Aid to Pioneer Industries Ordinance, 1952 (No. 5 of 1952).
3. Construction Day. Construction day was the 1st day of January 1975.

4. Production Day. Production day is the 3rd day of January 1977.
