The Caribbean Community Secretariat is in-
viting applications from persons with suitable
qualifications and experience to fill the vacant
post of Education Officer.


2. Appointment may be on a permanent
basis or on secondment from the Public Service
of a Member State of the Caribbean Community
with salary in the scale G$1,495 X $71 $1,779
a mouth and house allowance a'i the rate of
$271.25 a month, both tax free.
3. Full details may be obtained from the
Chief Personnel Officer, Service Commissions
Department, Kingstown, St. Vincent.
4. The c'osing date for receipt of applica-
tions at the Secretariat in Georgetown, Guyana
is 15th September, 1976.

PENSIONABLE OFFICERS ORDER, 1976.


(Gazetted 31st August, 1976).

1. Short title. This Order may be cited as the Pensionable Officers Order,
1976.

2. Declaration. The offices listed in the Schedule to this Order are hereby
declared to be pensionable offices within the meaning of section 2(1)(b)(i) of
the Pensions Ordinance 1948 (No. 16 of 1948).

3. Cancellation. The Iensionable Offices Order, 1965 (S.R. & 0. 23/1965)
is hereby cancelled.

1. Citation. This Order may be cited as the Fugitive Offenders (Common-
wealth Countries Designation) Order, 1976.

No. 33 of 2. Designation. The Governor hereby designates the Common-
1970. wealth Countries specified in the schedule to this Order for the
purposes of section 3 of the Fugitive Offenders Act, 1970.
