The East Caribbean Currency Authority Order dated the sixth day of
July, 1976. Made by the East Caribbean Currency Authority under Article
9 of the East Caribbean Currency Agreement 1965 as amended.
In exercise of the power conferred by Article 9 of the East Caribbean
Currency Agreement the East Caribbean Currency Authority with the
approval in writing of each of the par ticipating Governments hereby makes
the following Order-
1. Short title. This Order may be cited as the East Caribbean Cur-
rency (Parity) Order, 1976.
2. Parity of the East Caribbean DoAlar. The East Caribbean Dollar
shall have a parity of two dollars an d seventy cents to one United States
dollar.
Made this sixth day of July, 1976.
