The Ministry of Works, on behalf of the
Government of Belize, invites interested parties
too submit priced tenders for the supply and
delivery to Belize of any, or all of the following
items of equipment. All items are to be new,
unused, and tenderers are to submit full details
of the equipment they are tendering for and
firm dates of delivery.

engine, four wheel drive and of net weight
in excess of 3,000 lb.
1 No. 10/7 (or nearest equivalent) tilt drum
concrete mixer powered by diesel engine,
and mounted on chassis with four pneuma-
tic tyred wheels.

PLANNING, DEVELOPMENT & ENGINEERING
Tenders are invited for the supply of 800
Steel Reinforced Concrete poles to the Belize
Electricity Board, a Statutory Corporation of
the Government of Belize.
Tender Documents and Specifications are
available from the Manager/Engineer, B.E.B.
Planning, Development and Engin e e r i n g
Division, at 60 Pickstock Street, Belize City,
Belize, on payment of a refundable "Tender
Participation Fee" of $50.00 Belize Currency.
Interested persons and suppliers should first
write to the Manager/Engineer, to ascertain
their eligibility to tender.
The date for the closing of bids is the 8th

ance, with the Birds and Fish Protection Ordin-
ance Cap. 44 as amended, it is prohibited to kill
(a) Turtles or turtle eggs on land
(b) Turtles under 20 lbs. in weight
(a) Lobsters carrying eggs
(b) Lobsters of less than 1 lb. in weight
(c) Lobsters of less than nine inches in
There is a closed season for turtles between
1st May and 31st July, and a closed season for
lobsters between 1st May and 30th September.
Any person failing to comply with these
regulations mentioned above shall on a first
conviction before a Magistrate be liable to a fine
of $250.00; on any subsequent conviction to fine
of $500.00 and in default to imprisonment for
any term not exceeding three (3) months.

it is intended, Fourteen days after publication
of this Notice, to apply to the Registrar Gen-
eral for the State of Saint Vincent to have
the marriage of "AUGUSTA MARY-ANN
F1NDLAY" nee' WYLLIE with "CHARLES
VICTOR FINDLAY" now deceased, solemnised
at St. Paul's Anglican Church, Calliaqua, on the
13th day of July, 1966, by the Reverend John
Montgomery but which said marriage has not
been duly recorded according to law, entered
into the Register of Marriages for the State.
If anyone knows of any reason why the said
above-marriage should not be entered in the
Register of Marriages he should state such
reason in writing to the Registrar, Supreme
Court, Kingstown, within Fourteen days from
the date of this publication.

AIR TRANSPORT (LANDING PACKING CHARGES) 1976.
(Gazetted 27th April, 1976).
1. Short title. These Regulations may be cited as the Air Transport
(Landing and Parking Charges) Amendment) Regulations, 1976.
2. Amendment to the Air Transport (Landing and Parking Charges
Regulations, 1931. The Air Transport (Landing and Parking Charges)
Regulations 1961 (S.R. & O. No. 24/1961) are hereby amended:
(a) By the deletion of the First Schedule, and the substitution of the
Aircraft Weight Fees
Up to and including 5000 lbs. $5.00
Exceeding 5000 lbs. ...... $1.00 per 1000 lbs.
or part thereof
(b) By the deletion of the Second Schedule, and the substitution of the
