The present salary is at $11,700 p.a. Trans-
port Allowance is also paid. The present post
is not pensionable and arrangements are to be
made to bring all workers of the C.W.A. under

Applications are invited from suitably quali-
fiea persons ior training with a view to filling
the lohowing positions in a government owned
commercial bank. Selected applicants in the
appropriate cases will be required to undergo
training abroad.

Applicants for the first four named positions
should possess a minimum of four G.C.E. "O"
Level passes including Mathematics and English
Language. Consideration however will be given
to candidates with lesser qualifications provided
they turnish proof of satisfactory relevant
woIrk experience.
The Secretary and Typist should possess a
minimum of an "O" Level pass in English
Language and ability to type at the minimum
race of -i0 words per minute. In addition, the
8ec rotary will be expected to be proficient in

Salaries for the various positions have not
vy t been fixed but will depend on qualification
and experience.

for an emblem to be used by the National Com-
cercial Bank of St. Vincent. The selected


design will be used on the Bank's stationary,
cheques, etc.
The draft design should be submitted on a
stiff cardboard not less than four inches square,
and any explanation of the features of the
design should be submitted separately.
A prize of $100.00 will be offered to the person
submitting the selected design. The design
finally accepted will become the property of the
Government of St. Vincent.
Designs should be submitted to the Cabinet
Secretary to reach him not later than Friday
30th January, 1976.

ANNOUNCEMENT


The Mercantile Community is reminded that
under the Price & Distribution of Goods Act
No. 33,197.A, Traders' Licence Fee of $12.00
is now payable by all Traders except Hucksters
and Traders whose stocks are valued at $200 or
less. Licences granted on payment of this fee
will be valid for one year only and must be
renewed annually by the 31st January. Appli-
cation forms for Licences are now available at
the Ministry of Trade and Agriculture, Murray
Road, Kingstown, and forms will be made
available at all District Revenue Offices as from
the week commencing December 29th, 1975.
Licence fees are payable at the Ministry of
Trade and Agriculture, Kingstown, by 31st
January, 1976.

Judge of the Supreme Court of Grenada and the
West Indies Associated States with effect from
1st May 197.5. The Honourable Mr. JUSTICE
BRUNO is assigned to the State of Dominica.

The Judicial and Legal Services Commission
has appointed Mr. CECIL EGERTON HEWLETT
to be a Puisne Judge of the Supreme Court of
Grenada and the West Indies Associated States
with effect from 11th December 1975. The
Honourable Mr. JUSTICE HEWLETT'S principal

INTRODUCTION OF NOTICE (TICKET
SYSTEM) FOR COMPOUNDED OFFENCES
- BREACHES OF THE M.V. & R.T. REGS.
1959.

It is hereby notified for General Information
that the Owner, Driver or Person incharge of a
Motor Vehicle on ainy public road which is found
to be on such a road in breach of the following


Reinulations: 22, 23, 42, 43 and 53 of the Mot;r
Vehicle and Road Traffic Regulations S.R. & 0.
1959 No. 35. will be required to pay the com-
pounded (fixed) penalty of five dollars ($5.00),
within 21 days from the date of service of such
notice on such Owner, Driver or Person incharge
of the said Vehicle, personally or by leaving such
Notice (Ticket) on the Vehicle.

REMOVAL OF NOTICE OFFENCE
Any person other than the Owner, Driver or
Person incharge of a Vehicle who is found re-
moving a Notice served on such Owner, Driver
or Person incharge of a Vehicle. will be liable
to be prosecuted on a charge of obstructing the
Police in the execution of their duty.
The introduction of the above provisions of the
Motor Vehicle and Road Traffice Regulations
1975, No. 30, will be enforced with effect from
a date to be notified by Press and Radio.
