TREASURY BILL


ISSUE NO. 14


Tenders are invited for the issue of St. Vincent Government Treasury Bills which will be
made to the amount of $800,000.
These bills will be in denominations of $500, $1000, $5000, $10,000, $50,000, $100,000 and
will be payable at par ninety one days after the date of issue. They will be issued on Satur-
day 20th December, 1975, and will be payable on Saturday 20th March, 1976.
Each tender must be for an amount of not less than $1000, and must specify the amount
which will be given for every one hundred dollars of the amount tendered.
Application forms are available at the Treasury and the Government Banks, and when
completed should be forwarded to the Financial Secretary, Ministry of Finance in sealed
envelopes addressed:

The application must reach the Ministry of Finance not later than 12 noon on Wednesday
17th December, 1975.

NOTICE


In accordance with the provisions of sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the Aid to Pioneer
Industries Ordinance, 1952, notice it hereby given that subject to the consideration of any
objections which may be received by him pursuant to this Notice, Cabinet proposes under
sub-section (1) of section 3 of the said Ordinance to make an Order in the form set out in
the Schedule hereto.

2. Any person who objects to the making of such Order is hereby invited to give notice
in writing of his objection and of the grounds on which he relies in support thereof, to the
Secretary to the Cabinet at the Premier's Office in Kingstown, on or before the 22nd day of
December, 1975.

1. Short title. This Order may be cited as the Aid to Pioneer Industries (Manufacture
of draperies, bedsheets and spreads, pillow cases and table cloths) Order, 1975.
2. Declaration. The establishment, maintenance and operation in the State of plant for
the manufacture of draperies, bedsheets and spreads, pillow cases and table cloths is hereby
declared to be a Pioneer Industry for the purposes of the Aid to Pioneer Industries Ordinance,
1952, and draperies, bedsheets and spreads, pillow cases and table cloths so manufactured
are declared to be pioneer products for the said purposes.

1. Short title. This Order may be cited as the Aid to Pioneer Industries (Manufacture
'of Fibre Glass Boats) Order, 1975.

2. Declaration. The establishment, maintenance and operation in the State of plant for
Sthe manufacture of fibre glass boats is hereby declared to be a Pioneer Industry for the
purposes of the Aid to Pioneer Industries Ordinance, 1952, and fibre glass boats so manu-
factured are declared to be pioneer products for the said purposes.

is drawn to the provisions of the Motor Vehicles
and Road Traffic Regulations 1975, S.R. & O.
1975 No. 30, which requires that all Motor
Vehicles of two years and over Registration
(of whatever class) should be inspected by an
Inspector of Motor Vehicles during the months
of June and December in each year, before a
Certificate for Renewal of Licence could be
issued in respect of such Vehicles, as provided
hereunder:-
