ant Secretary, Ministry of Health, Housing,

to act as Permanent Secretary, Ministry of
Health, Housing, Local Government and Com-
munity Development with effect from 3rd
November 1975 and until further notice.

transfer of Mr. H. L. MARTINDALE as Acting
Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs
and Tourism with effect from '3rd November

has resigned as a member of the Development

IN THE ESTATE OF JQNATUAN POMPEY DECEASED
ELIZABETH THE SECOND, by the Grace of God, of the United Kingdom of Great
Britain and Northern Island and of Our other Realms and Territories Queen Head of the
Commonwealth, Defender of the Faith.
TO: the Kin (if any) who are entitled to share and all other persons having or claiming
any interest in the Estate of Jonathan Pompey deceased.
WHEREAS it appears by Affidavit of Hannadora Pompey Sworn on the 26th day of July,
1975 that Jonathan Pompey of Rose Hall died on the 28th day of January, 1965 at Rose Hall,
intestate, a bachelor without known issue, parent, brother, sister of the whole blood or half
blood or their issue, and that the said Hannadora Pompey is a Creditor of the said deceased.
NOW this is to Command you that within one month after service by publication hereof
on you, inclusive of the day of such service, you do cause an appearance to be entered for you
in the principal Probate Registry of Our High Court of Justice, Kingstown, St. Vincent, and
accept or refuse Letters of Administration of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests
in the personal representatives of the said deceased, or show cause why Letters of Administra-
tion of his estate should not be granted to the said Hannadora Pompey.
And Take Notice that in default of your so appearing and accepting and extracting Letters
of Administration as aforesaid, the said Hannadora Pompey will proceed to apply for Letters
of administration your absence notwithstanding.

IMPORT AND EXPORT (CONTROL) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS,
(Gazetted 4th November, 1975).
1. Short title. These Regulations may be cited as the Import and Export
(Control) (Amendment) Regulations,'1975 and shall be read as one with the
Import and Export (Control) Regulations 1975, (S.R.O. No. 5 of 1975) (here-
inafter referred to as the principal Regulations) and all amendments thereto.
2. Third Schedule to principal Regtlation amended. The Third Schedule
to the principal Regulations is hereby amended by inserting after "Ex 34.01-
S Laundry and toilet soap" the following:-
"61-01-20 Suitsg other than of waterproof material.
61--011--30 -- Trousers other than of waterproof'material.
61-l-01--40 Jackets other than of waterproof material."
