Judicial Department, St. Vincent.
Qualifications
Applicants must be qualified Barristers-at-
Law, and must have at least three to five year
experience as such.
Duties
Those normally required of a Magistrate and
any others, not inconsistent with these, which
the Senior Magistrate may assign,

CONTRACT


1. The contract will be for a period of one year and all trips must be done in daylight and
in accordance with the times appearing herewith in the first schedule.
2. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivery of mails and parcels direct to
and from Post Offices at Port Elizabeth and Mustique in the Northern Grenadines.

3. Applicant will be required to state the arrangements that would be made for placement
of the contract vessels in the event of breakdown in the service. Any vYM substituted
should have the approval of the Ministry of Communications, Works and .abour.
4. The contract may be terminated by one month's notice on either side.
5. ,'No tender will be accepted if the Motor Vessels tendered are not, licensed under the Pas-
sepger Boats Ordinance 1906 to carry passengers, and their Masters must hold certificates
of competency in accordance with Regulations 18 and 19 of S.B. a. 31 of 1957.

6. endersrs must state the amount of subsidy required and they should be addressed to the
Secretary, Central Supply Tenders Board, Ministry of Finance, Ministerial Building,
Kibgstown, in sealed envelopes distinctly marked "3~endr for Conveyance of Mails and
Paengers to and from the Northern Grenadines," to reach him not later than 3.00 p.m.
on Thursday 18th September 1975.


7. Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest of any tender.
