BUDGET SESSION

It is notified for general information that the House of Assembly will meet at the Assembly
Chamber on Thursday 26th June, 1975 at 10.00 a.m. when the Minister of Finance will present
the Budget.
A cordial invitation is extended to the general public to attend subject to the following
arrangements for seating and standing accommodation.
The General Public is hereby notified that approximately 300 chairs will be available in
the Assembly Chamber proper for the accommodation of Members of Statutory Bodies, Senior
Civil Servants, the Clergy, other persons prominent in the life of the Community and the
General Public.
There will be limited standing space available.

TENDERS FOR THE INSURANCE OF
GOVERNMENT OWNED MOTOR VEHICLES.

Tenders are invited for the Insurance of Gov-
ernment owned Motor Vehicles for the period
30th June 1975 to 29th June 1976.
Tenders should state the amount required
for-
(a) Third Party risks only;
(b) Third Party fire and theft.
Sealed tenders distinctly marked "Tenders
for the Insurance of Government owned Motor
Vehicles", should be submitted to the "Chair-
man, Central Supplies Tenders Board" not
later than 3.00 p.m. on Monday, 23rd June 1975.
The Government does not bind itself to ac-
cept the lowest or any tender and reserves the
right to accept any part of a tender.

INSURANCE ACT NO. 10 OF 1970.

The attention of all registered insurers is
drawn to the provisions of Section 21 of the
Insurance Act which requires insurers to fur-
nish their annual accounts to the Registrar


within six months of the end of each financial
year.

POLICE NOTICE


THE OWNERS OF PUBLIC SERVICE
VEHICLES; GOODS VEHICLES AND
TRAILERS (H,, R., H.T., & T. PLATES)


The attention of persons who own the type
of vehicles mentioned above is drawn to the
provisions contained in Regulations 20 and 21
and all amendments thereto of the Motor
Vehicle and Road Traffic Regulations 1959
whereby no licence may be issued or renewed
for such vehicles unless the Inspector certifies
that these vehicles comply with all the provi-
sions of the Ordinance and the Regulations
referred to.

The Inspector of Motor Vehicles will be avail-
able at Arnos Vale (P.W.D. Yard) daily from
8.30 a.m. to 12 noon, and 1.30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
except on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holi-
days to ensure that all the above mentioned
vehicles are inspected and road worthy before
June 30th, 1975.

Regulation 20 (6) requires that these vehicles
be examined twice annually, that is before 30th
June and 31st December each year.

Warning

Vehicles which have not been inspected or
if'inspected have not passed the examination
by 30th June, 1975 will be taken off the road.
