in Schedule 2 to the Saint Vincent Constitution Order, 1969, it is provided
that the Governor may at any time prorogue or dissolve Parliament.
AND WHEREAS by sub-section (1) of section 47 of the said Constitution,.
it is provided that each session of Parliament shall be held at such place 'within.
Saint Vincent and shall begin at such time as the Governor shall appoint by,
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient that Parliament be. prorogued,
and that a session of the said Parliament should be held at the Court House,
Kingstown, and should begin on Thursday the 5th day of September, 1974,
at 10 o'clock in the forenoon.
AND WHEREAS the Governor pursuant to section 22 of the said Con-
stitution has by instrument dated-16th August, 1974, appointed me. to be his
deputy during his absence.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH LAMBERT EUSTACE. Governor's

1. Short title. These Regulations may be cited as the Supplies Control
(Export Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 1974, and shall be read
s one with the Supplies Control (Export Licence Fees) Regulations, 1974
(S.R. & O. No. 17 of 1974) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Regula-
tions) and all daendments thereto.
