A PROCLAMATION.

Governor.
WHEREAS by Section 60 of the House of Assembly (Elections)
Ordinance, it is provided that every list of electors shall come into force on
such date as the Governor may by Proclamation appoint and shall remain
in force until the list of electors next compiled comes into force.
AND WHEREAS lists of electors have been compiled in the year One
thousand nine hundred and seventy-three in pursuance of the provisions of
the House of Assembly (Elections) Ordinance, as amended, for each polling
division comprised within the thirteen constituencies:
AND WHEREAS it is expedient that the lists of electors so compiled
shall come into force on the 10th day of April, One thousand nine hundred
and seventy-four.
NOW THEREFORE, by virtue of the powers conferred upon me as
aforesaid, and acting in accordance with the advice of the Cabinet, I DO
HEREBY PROCLAIM the 10th day of April, One Thousand nine hundred
and seventy-four as the date on which the said lists of electors shall come
into force.

PRICE AND DISTRIBUTION OF GOODS (NO. 6)
AMENDMENT, ORDER.


(Gazetted 10tlh April, 1974.)


1. Short title. This Order may be cited as the Price and Distribution
of Goods (No. 6) (Amendment) Order, 1974, and shall be read as one with the
Price and Distribution of Goods (No. 2) Order, 1971 (S.R. & O. No. 27 of 1971)
(hereinafter referred to as the principal Order) and all amendments thereto.
2. Principal Order amended. The principal Order is hereby amended by
revoking that part of the Schedule relating to biscuits: in bulk and in packets
and substituting therefore the following:-
