BUDGET SESSION


The Meeting of the House of Assembly\which was fixed for 15th March,
1974 ill now take place at the Assembly Chamber on Wednesday 27th March
at 10.00 a.m., when the Minister of Finance will present the Budget.
A cordial invitation is extended to the general public to attend subject to
the following arrangements for seating and standing accommodation.
The General Public is hereby notified that approximately 300 chairs will
be available in the Assembly Chamber proper for the accommodation of
Members of Statutory Bodies, Senior Civil Servants, the Clergy, other persons
prominent in the life of the community, and the General Public.
There will only be limited standing space available.

ably qualified persons for the vacant
post of Building Inspector/Draughts-
man, Central Housing and Planning
Authority, Ministry of Health, Housing
and Local Government.
Applicants should have at least 3
years experience in drafting, be widely,
experienced in' all aspects of building
inspection and. must have a sound
knowledge and'understanding of the
Building Regulations and other associ-
ated Building Legislation. They will
also be expected to acquire a good
knowledge of development control and
legislation relating theretp,

ALIENS LAND-HOLDING (GARFIELD SOBERS DECLARATION)
ORDER, 1974.


(Gazetted 19th March, 1974.)



1. Short title. This Order may be cited as the Aliens
Land-Holding (Garfield Sobers Declaration) Order, 1974.

2. Declaration. It is hereby declared that Garfield St.
Aubyn Sobers, of the Commonwealth Caribbean Territory of
Barbados, shall not be an alien for the purposes of the Aliens Cap. 96.
(Land-Holding Regulation) Ordinance.
