The following decisions of the Governor made under Section 4 (1) (a) of
the Immigration (Restriction) Ordinance, 1939, are published for general
information:-
SAINT VINCENT.

In exercise of powers vested in him under paragraph (f) of sub-section (1)
of section 4 of the Immigration (Restriction) Ordinance, 1939 from information
received from a Government through official or diplomatic channels, the Gov-
ernor hereby deems ROBERT LUTHER MILLER CLARKE of Barbados to be an
undesirable Immigrant or visitor to Saint Vincent.
