The Honourable H. K. TANNIS, Minister for Communications, Works and
Labour left St. Vincent on Thursday, 16th October, 1969 for Jamaica on official
duties.

APPOINTMENT

Consequent on the absence from the Territory of the Honourable H. K.
TANNIS, Minister for Communications, Works and Labour, the Hon. S. E.
SLATER, Minister of Home Affairs has been appointed to act as Minister for
Communications, Works and Labour in conjunction with his substantive duties
with effect from 16th October, 1969 and until further notice.
17th October, 1969.
