A PROCLAMATION.

HYWEL GEORGE,
Administrator.
WHEREAS it is enacted by section 46 (1) of the Saint Vincent (Constitution)
Order in Council, 1959, that the Administrator, acting in accordance with the
advice of the Chief Minister, may at any time, by Proclamation published in
the Gazette, prorogue the Legislative Council of Saint Vincent:
AND WHEREAS it is expedient that the Legislative Council of Saint Vincent
should be prorogued:
Now THEREFORE, I, acting in accordance with the advice of the Chief
Minister, do hereby prorogue the said Council on Thursday, the 7th day of
November, 1968:
AND the members of the said Legislative Council and all other Her Majesty's
Officers and loving subjects in the said Colony and all others whom it may con-
cern, are hereby required to take due notice hereof, and to give their ready
obedience accordingly.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the Colony of Saint Vincent
at Government House in the said Colony this 7th day of November,
One thousand nine hundred and sixty-eight and in the Seventeenth
year of the Reign of Her Majesty QUEEN ELIZABETH THE
SECOND.
