AID TO PIONEER INDUSTRIES ORDINANCE, 1952

In pursuance of the requirements of section 3 (2) of the Aid to Pioneer
Industries Ordinance, 1952, it is hereby notified for general information that
the Administrator-in-Council proposes to make the undermentioned Order under
section 3 (1) of the said Ordinance.
Any person who objects to the making of such Order shall give notice
in writing of his objections and of the grounds on which he relies in support
thereof, to the Clerk of the Executive Council on or before the 12th day of
November, 1968.

1. Short title. This Order may be cited as the Aid to Pioneer Industries
(Pottery and other Arts and Crafts) Order, 1968.

2. Declaration. The establishment, maintenance and operation in Saint
Vincent of a factory for the manufacture of pottery and other arts and crafts
is hereby declared to be a pioneer industry for the purposes of the Aid to
Pioneer Industries Ordinance, 1952, and pottery and other arts and crafts so
manufactured are declared to be pioneer products for the said purposes.


Made by the Administrator-in-Council under section 3 (1) of the Aid to
Pioneer Industries Ordinance, 1952 (No. 5 of 1952) this day
of 1968.

1. Short title. These Regulations may be cited as the Supplies (Control)
Patent and Proprietary Medicines and Drugs Regulations, 1968.

2. Interpretation. For these Regulations-
AREA "A'" means the town of Kingstown and within one mile thereof
AREA "B" means all other places throughout the Colony.

3. Maximum Prices. From and after the coming into force of these
Regulations the prices set out in the Schedule to these Regulations shall be the
maximum retail prices at which the articles described in the said Schedule
may be sold in the area mentioned in the said Schedule.
