VISIT OF ADMINISTRATOR TO UNITED KINGDOM.
At the request of the Secretary of State for the Colonies His Honour
Lieutenant Colonel J. L. CHAPMAN, C.V.O., O.B.E., Administrator, is expected
to leave the territory on Saturday 17th December, 1966 for the United Kingdom
on official duty.

ACTING ADMINISTRATOR.
Her Majesty the QUEEN has been pleased to give instructions through the
Secretary of State for the Colonies that during the absence from the territory
of His Honour Lieut. Colonel J. L. CHAPMAN, C.V.O., O.B.E., Mr. I. G. TURBOTT,
C.M.G., C.V.O., shall be appointed to perform the functions of Administrator,
St. Vincent. Mr. TURBOTT is expected to arrive in the territory on 17th
December, 1966.

S.R. & O. No. 28.-Proclamation appointing Tuesday, the 27th day of De-
cember, 1966, to be observed as a Bank Holiday throughout the Colony.
S.R. & O. No. 29.-Proclamation appointing Tuesday, the 3rd day of Janu-
ary, 1967, to be observed as a Bank Holiday throughout the Colony.
