happy to send the season's greetings to all seafarers who are celebrating Christ-

Navy Clubs and Hostels all over the world. I also send my warm thanks to all
those who help and serve in the Clubs and Hostels.

Notice is hereby given that the undermentioned properties in the owner-
ship or occupation of the persons named hereunder whose names appear on
the District II tax roll for the parish of Charlotte, are in default of arrears of
tax levied under the authority of the "Land and House Tax Ordinance". By
virtue of a Warrant issued in accordance with Cap. 194, Section 46 (3), the

Contractors, Merchants and all other
persons having claims against the Gov-
ernment of St. Vincent are hereby
requested to forward -such claims to
the Government Departments concern-
ed on or before the 15th day of Decem-
ber, 1966, in order to ensure the
payment thereof before the close of
the current financial year at 31st
December.
2. Similarly, all persons indebted to
the Government of St. Vincent for
-goods supplied or services rendered are
hereby requested to settle these ac-

CUSTOMS NOTICE

It has been brought to my notice
that certain Liquor dealers are ped-
dling spirits in Motor Vans in the
country districts.
Liquor dealers are invited to ac-
quaint themselves with the provisions
of the Liquor Licenses Ordinance No.
11 of 1948 and amendments.
The relevant Ordinance, inter alia,
provides for the sale of spirits only at
licensed premises, or at places for
which special licenses have been ob-
tained. Any other procedure is a con-
travention of the Law.
It is hoped that anyone indulging in
this illegal practice will desist promptly
in order to avoid prosecution.
