MOTOR LAUNCH.
Tenders are invited for the supply of
one (1) motor Launch for use by the
Port Department. The specifications for
this launch are as under:-

2. The launch should carry an open
cockpit, capable of seating ten (10) per-
sons, sleeping accommodation for four
(4) persons, and toilet and kitchen
facilities. Two fresh water tanks, each
of 50 Imp. gallons capacity, should be
installed, one on the Port and the other
on the Starboard Side.
3. Two fuel tanks, each of 100 Imp.
gallons capacity are required to be
fitted, one on each of the Port and
Starboard Sides. Provision must be
made for towing and receiving ropes,
with two stanchions and one traveller
or guide aft for towing, along with two
fairleads (Port and Starboard) aft for
mooring. There should also be one
stanchion and one fairlead forward.
4. A refrigerator, a radio-telephone
and a search light, should be installed.
5. The launch is required for deliv-
ery not later than "0th November, 1966.
The successful Tenderer would be re-
quired to enter into a written Agree-
ment with Government for the construc-
tion of the Launch in accordance with
the above specifications. Further infor-
mation may be obtained from the Min-
istry of Communications and Works.
6. Tenders should be sealed and
addressed to The Chairman, Public Ten-
ders Committee, Ministry of Finance,
Ministry Building, Kingstown. They
must reach him not later than 31st
August, 1966. The envelopes should be
clearly marked in block letters "TEN-
DERS FOR THE SUPPLY OF
MOTOR LAUNCH FOR PORT DE-
PARTMENT".
7. Government does not bind itself
to accept the lowest or any Tender.

INLAND REVENUE DEPARTMENT.

It is hereby notified for general in-
formation that taxes on the under-
mentioned property, the estate of the


late Douglas A. Richards now in the
ownership or occupation of Mrs. Shirley
Abbott nee Richards and W. J. Abbott,
are long overdue. By virtue of a
Warrant issued under Cap. 194 Section
46 of the Laws of Saint Vincent, a
portion of the said estate having been
duly marked off and levied upon will
be offered for sale at 11 o'clock in the
forenoon of Saturday 27th August,
1966, at the Inland Revenue Depart-
ment, Kingstown, for the recovery of
taxes due:-

Revised Laws of Saint Vincent as
amended by section 3 of Ordinance
No. 18 of 1937, it is hereby notified that
the Tax Rolls for each District of the
Colony will, after the 30th day of June,
1966, be available for inspection by the
Public at the Treasury.


In accordance with the provisions of
section 22 of Chapter 194 of the Re-
vised Laws of Saint Vincent the Magis-
trates of the First, Second and Third
Districts will hold Special Sessions for
the purpose of hearing objections to and
appeals from the assessments made by
the Tax Officers of St. George's Parish
(District 1) ; Charlotte Parish (Dis-
trict 2) : St. Andrew's Parish (District
3); St. Patrick's Parish (District 4);
St. David's Parish (District 5); and
