Lieutenant Colonel J. L. CHAPMAN, C.V.O., O.B.E., at present Acting Admin-
istrator, to be substantive Administrator St. Vincent in succession to
Mr. S. H. GRAHAM, C.M.G., O.B.E., who has been appointed as Puisne Judge,
British Honduras.

POLICE NOTICES.

The attention of the general Public is
invited to the provisions contained in
the Cinematograph Ordinance Cap. 169
and the regulations made by the Ad-
ministrator-in-Council under Section
7 (1) and Gazetted 21st March, 1933 in
regard to the control of Cinematograph
and similar exhibitions in the Territory
which confers on the Administrator-in-
Council powers to permit occasional
Cinematograph and similar exhibitions
to take place subject to such conditions
or restrictions as he may see fit.
Persons who wish to exhibit occasional
Cinematograph and similar exhibitions
in public places should submit applica-
tions to the Administrator-in-Council.
Anyone acting in contravention of the
Cinematograph Ordinance and Regula-
tions will be liable to prosecution.
