INCOME TAX NOTICE.

To The General Public.

Every person concerned, not being a
Government Officer, is hereby reminded
that the latest date for the submission
of Income Tax Returns for assessment
in the year 1963 is the 31st March, and
that failure to give notice of charge-
ability is an offence against the Income
Tax Ordinance, rendering the person
concerned liable to a fine not exceeding
SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY
DOLLARS.
2. EVERY PERSON whose income
accruing in, derived from the Colony
or elsewhere and whether received in
the Colony or not for the preceding
year, exceeded the statutory limit of
$480.00 is required to submit a return
in the prescribed form notwithstand-
ing that on account of approved de-
ductions no tax may eventually be
ohargeable, and particular attention
is directed to the fact that the tern,
"income" is deemed to include not onl
money but also allowances in kind.
3. Efforts are being made to send
forms to such persons. It is to be
clearly understood, however, that the
Income Tax Department is under no
obligation to send a return form to any-

Section 7 of the Town and Country
Planning Ordi)nance No. 2 of 1946.
The following RESOLUTION which
was passed at a meeting of the Central

the 28th day of February, 1963, is pub-
lished for general information.

RESOLUTION.
BE IT RESOLVED and is is hereby
RESOLVED that the Central Housing
and Planning Authority have this 28th
day of February, 1963, decided to pre-
pare a Scheme under the provision of
Section 7 of the Town and Country
Planning Ordinance No. 2 of 1946, for
ALL that parcel of land lying in
the Parish of Charlotte and being a
portion of the South Rivers Estates,
commonly known as "Island Piece",
having an area of more or less Seven
(7) Acres and bounded on the North
by Colonarie River, on the South by
a Canal, on the East by Private Lands
and on the West by Private Lands and
a Road.
A Plan bearing No. C3/110 showing
the portion of land can be seen at the
Office of the Crown Surveyor and at the
Office of the Central Housing and Plan-
