DEPARTURE OF ADMINISTRATOR.

His Honour A. F. Giles, M.B.E., Administrator, St. Vine t
proceeded to British Guiana by air at 7.35 a.m. today for disc
sions with British Guiana Airways.
His Honour is expected to return to the Colony on Sunday,
7th September, 1958.
5th September, 1958.

ACTING ADMINISTRATOR.

Consequent on the departure of His Honour A. F. Giles,
M.B.E., for British Guiana, the Honourable E. A. Brathwaite,
Assistant Administrator and Establishment Officer, today took
the prescribed Oaths of Office and assumed the Administration
of the Government of St. Vincent.
