Her Majesty the QUEEN has been graciously pleased to approve
the award of the following Honours in respect of the Windward
Islands:-
Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British E'npire (Civil
Division)-
The Right Reverend James Morris, C.S.S.R. of Domin-
ica.
Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (Civil Division)-
Arthur George Tubb of St. Lucia.
Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (Civil Division)-
George Alexander Grant of Dominica.
