His Majesty the KING has been graciously pleased to ap-
prove of the following Honours for the Colonies of the Windward
Islands n the occasion of His Majesty's Birthday, 1951 :-
Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire-
Frederick Eutrope Degazon, Esq., Commnissioner of Re-
construction, St. Lucia.
Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire-
Walter R. Bertrand, Esq., retired Superintendent of
Works, Grenada.
Colonial Police Medal (for meritorious service)-
(1) L. Joseph, retired Inspector of Police, Grenada.
2) L, N. Alphonse, Inspector (now Acting Assistant
Superintendent of Police), St. Lucia.
(3) Sergeant C. W. Foster, St. Lucia.
