(Regulation 9 (3) ).
NOTICE is hereby given that a
certified copy of a draft resolution
for the preparation of a scheme for
development of the area herein des-
cribed will be open for inspection at
the office of the Central Authority,
Church Lane, St. John's, between the
hours of 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. daily
(except on Thursdays and Saturdays
when the hours will be 10 a.m. to
11.30 a.m.)
Any representations or objections
thereto should be sent in writing to
the Secretary and Executive Officer,
Central Authority. Church Lane, St.
John's, within thirty days from the
date of this notice.
Description of Area: the Presidency
of Antigna.

THE STAMPS (UNIVERSIrY COLLEGE OF THE WEST INDIES)
(AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1951, DATED FEBRUARY 27,
1951, MADE BY THIE GOVERNOR IN-COUNCIL UNDER
SECTIONS 4 AND 5 OF THE STAMP ACT (CAP. 135).


1. Short Title. This Order may be cited as the
Stamps (U iversity College of the West Indies) (Amendment)
Order, 1951 anr shall be read as oie with the Stamps
(University College of the West Indies) Order. 1951, herein-
after referred to as the Principal Order.

2. Amendment of Principal Order. Section 6
of the Principal Order is hereby amended by the deletion of
the comma after the word "stamps" in the seventh line
thereof and by the insertin immediately thereafter of the
words "of the values of l1d. and 64.,".

3. Commencement. This Order shall be deemed
to have come into operation on the 12th day of February,
1951.
