The following telegrams are pub-
lished for general information:-
From: The Secretary of State for
the Colonies.
To: The Acting Governor of the
Leeward Islands.
CIRCULAR 32. It is officially
announced that Her Royal High-
ness Princess ELIZABETH, Duchess
of Edinburgh was safely delivered
of a Princess at 11.50 hours on the
15th August. Her Royal High-
ness and her daughter are both
doing well.

To: The Secretary of State for the
Colonies.
No. 128. Your Circular tele-
gram No. 32. On behalf of the
Government and the peoples of the
Leeward Islands, I offer with hum-
ble duty loyal greetings and warm-
est congratulations to Her Royal
Highness Princess ELIZABETH and
the Duke of Edinburgh on the
occasion of the birth of a Princess.
