STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS NO 33 OF 1952.
BY THE GOVERNOR,

WHEREAS it is enacted by section 30 of the Dominica
(Legislative Council) Order in Council. 1951, that the Governor
may at any time by Proclamation summon, prorogue or dissolve
the Legislative Council.
AND WHEREAS it is expedient that the Legislative Council
of Dominica should be prorogued.
NOW, THEREFORE, I do hereby prorogue the said Council
until such further date as may be appointed by Proclamation.

3 0 / o Lother Her Majesty's Officers and loving subjects in the said
fColony and all others whom it may concern, are hereby required
0D to take due notice hereof, and to give their ready obedience

of Dominica, at Government House in the said
Colony this 30th day of October. One thousand
