NOTICE.
The above is a revision of the Valuation List in respect of certain houses and lots of land in the Town of Portsmouth pre
pared by the Valuers appointed unde- the Portsmouth Land and House Rate Ordinance, 1940.
Any person who may feel aggrieved by any valuation on the ground of unfairness or incorrectness in the valuation of any
premises included therein or of the inclusion therein or omission therefrom of any premises, may, within fourteen days after
the publication thereof, give to the valuers at the Sub-Treasury a notice in writing of his objection specifying the grounds
thereof, and where the ground of any objection shall be unfairness or incorr ectness in the valuation of any premises of
which a person other than the person objecting is liable to be valued, or the inclusion or omission of such premises, shall
also give notice in writing of such objection and of the ground to such other person
