TO RECORD CLAIMS
The Board of Trade. announce that"
agreement has now seen reached with the
Italian authorities on the terms of settle-
ment of pre-war and war-time debts due
from Italy and Trieste which were
expressed in lire, and fall within the
terms of the Anglo-Italian Financial
Agreement No III of April 17th, 1947.
Debts of this kind which have been regis-
tered or recorded with the Administration
of Enemy. Property Department, the
Minister del Tesoro. Rome. or the Ufficio
Itanlano drei Cambi. Rome, are regarded
(Subject to their eligibility in other res-
'pects) as qualifying for transfer, provided
that the debtors have deposited or will.
deposit the-appropriate amounts in lire
with, the. Italian authorities, Details of
'laims not already recorded with any of
these authorities (except for claims in
respect of Italian State Loans and State-
guaranteed loans) should be sent to khe
Administration of Enemy Property
Department. L&coni House. Theobalds
Road. London, W.C.1 as soon as possible.
Claims in respect of interest on and
redemption of Italian 'State Loans and
