IT is notified, for general information, that on Friday the 15th February
next, the funeral of His late Majesty King George the Sixth will take place.
All public offices and schools will be closed until 11.00 a.m. and flags on
Government House and Public Bui!dings should remain at half-mast until
the 15th February inclusive.
The following is the Order of the Day:
8.30 a.m.-Memorial Service at the Roseau Cathedral to be attended by His
Honour the Acting Administrator.
9.00 a.m.- Memorial Service at the Methodist Church to be attended by
Honourable E. L. St. Bernard, representing His Honour the
Acting Administrator.
9.30 a m. -Memorial Service at the St. Georges Anglican Church t be attend-
ed by His Honour the Acting Administrator.
10.00 a.m.-rwo minutes' silence.
13th February, 1952.
No. 36.
IT is notified for general information that the Secretary of State for the
Colonies will broadcast to the Colonies on the death of His Late Majesty King
George the Sixth.
The broadcast may be heard from the B.B.C. in "Calling the West
Indies" on Thursday, 14th February at 7.15 p.m. local time.
