IT is notified for general information, that the accession cf HE", MOST
GRACIOUS MAJESTY QUEEN ELIZABETH THE SECOND will be proclaimed at
the Court House, Roseau, at 11 o'clock to-morrow in the forenoon.
Members of Councils, Heads of Department and their Officials, Heads
of Religious Denominations, Consuls and Consular Agents, Members of the
Roseau Town Council, Managers of the Local BanKs and other leading
Citizens, together w.th their wives and families, and the general public, are
invited to be present.
The Acting Administrator directs that flags should be flown at mast-
head to-morrow but from Saturday, 9th February, should again be'flown at
half-mast in accordance with Gazette Extraordinary No. 7 of the, 6th
February, 1952 until further notice.
His Honour also orders that all Gw)vernment Offices and Schools should
be closed from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. tomorrow,
