appear to the said Court that EUGENE LEONARD SANDERSON, late of the
Parish of St. David in the Colony of Dominica, died on the 13th day of July, 1948
possessing one chattel house at Petite Soufriere, in the Parish of St. David afore-
said and certain moneys on deposit at the Royal Bank of Canada in the Colony of
Dominica, intestate and without heirs inheritable to him, it is claimed that. the said
