THE TRAFFIC CONTROL (OPEN AIH
SERVICE AT THE GARRISON SAVANNAH)
RULES, 1969.
In exercise of the powers conferred on him bysec-
tion 24(2) of the Police Act, 1961, the Commissioner
of Police with the approval of the Minister of Home
Affairs hereby makes the following Rules:-
1. These Rules may be cited as the Traffic Con-
trol (Open Air Service at the Garrison Savannah) Rules,
1969.
2. These Rules are made for the control of traffic
on the occasion of the Open Air Service at the Gar-
rison Savannah on the 12th day of March, 1969 or any
date to which the said Service might be changed.
3. The Garrison Road (that is the road around
the Garrison Savannah) shall be one-way to all vehicu-
lar traffic between the hours of 6.30 p.m. and 9.30 p.m.
on the 12th day of March, 1969 or any date to which the
said Service might be changed.
4. The driver or rider of any vehicle entering the
Garrison Road from the North Gate, Dayrells Road,
Hastings Road or Bush Hill shall keep the Savannah
on his right.

5. Vehicles conveying persons to the Open Air
Service at the Garrison Savannah and bearing the
sticker marked "CY'" will park on the Parade Square
which is adjacent to Hastings Police Station.

6. The drivers of all other vehicles conveying
persons tothe Open Air Service at the Garrison Savan-
nah shall park as directed by any member of the Royal
Barbados Police Force.

7. Between the hours of 6.00 p.m. and 9.30 p.m.
on the 12th day of March, 1969 or any date to which
the said Service might be changed, no person shall
park a vehicle on the Garrison Road.

8. The drivers and riders of all vehicles shall
comply with these Rules and any order given by a mem-
ber of the Royal Barbados Police Force in uniform.

Made by the Commissioner of Police this 10th
day of March, 1969.
