NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all per-
sons having any debt or claim upon or affect-
ing the estate of Louise Kirton late of 1st
Avenue, Pine Plantation Road, Saint Michael

in this Island, who died in this Island on the
19th day of January 1967, are hereby re-
quired to send particulars of their claims
duly attested to the undersigned in care of
Yearwood & Boyce, 14 James Street, Bridge-
town, on or before the 20th day of February
1969 after which date I shall proceed to dis-
tribute the assets among the persons entitled
thereto having regard only to the debts and
claims of which I shall then have had notice
and that I shall not be liable for the assets
distributed to any person of whose debt or
claim I shall not have had notice at the time
of such distribution, and all persons indebted
to the said estate are requested to settle their
accounts without delay.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all
creditors and other persons having claims or
demands against the estate of Hubert Byron
Kinch late of Pine Hill in the parish of Saint
Michael and Island of Barbados, deceased
who died on the 13th day of January 1968 and
whose will was proved in the Supreme Court
of Judicature of this Island on the 11th day
of November, 1968 by Doreen Isabel Kinch
the executrix therein named, are required to
send particulars in writing of their claims
and demands to the said Doreen Isabel Kinch
at the undermentioned address on or before
the 31'st day of January 1969, after which date
the said Doreen Isabel Kinch will proceed to
distribute the assets of the said Hubert Byron
Kinch, deceased, amongst the parties entitled
thereto having regard only to the claims and
demands of which she shall then have had no-
tice and the said Doreen Isabel Kinch will not
be liable for the assets of the said Hubert
Byron Kinch deceased or any part thereof so
distributed to any person or persons of whose
claims or demands she shall not then have
had notice.


And all persons indebted to the said es-
tate are requested to settle their indebted-
ness without delay.

The Post Office Act, 1911

THE PARCEL POST (RATES) (AMENDMENT)
REGULATIONS, 1968
The Minister in exercise of the powers conferred
on him by section 30 of the Post Office Act, 1911
hereby makes the following Regulations:-

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Parcel
Post (Rates) (Amendment) Regulations, 1968.

2. The Second Schedule to the Parcel Post (Rates)
Regulations, 1960 is hereby amended by inserting
therein in the appropriate alphabetical order and under
the appropriate headings the following words -
"Bermuda...........50 cents per 1/2 lb. or part
thereof."

1968.
