HUBERT BYRON KINCH

Deceased


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all
creditors and other persons having claims or
demands against the estate of Hubert Byron
Kinch late of Pine Hill in the parish of Saint
Michael and Island of Barbados, deceased
who died on the 13th day of January 1968 and
whose will was proved in the Supreme Court
of Judicature of this Island on the 11th day
of November, 1968 by Doreen Isabel Kinch
the executrix therein named, are required to
send particulars in writing of their claims
and demands to the said Doreen Isabel Kinch
at the undermentioned address on or before
the 31st day of January 1969, after which date
the said Doreen Isabel Kinch will proceed to
distribute the assets of the said Hubert Byron
Kinch, deceased, amongst the parties entitled
thereto having regard only to the claims and
demands of which she shall then have had no-
tice and the said Doreen Isabel Kinch will not
be liable for the assets of the said Hubert
Byron Kinch deceased or any part thereof so
distributed to any person or persons of whose
claims or demands she shall not then have
had notice.


And all persons indebted to the said es-
tate are requested to settle their indebted-
ness without delay.

Saint Michael is likely to be :needed. for pur-
poses which in the opinion of the Minister are
public purposes: namely, for the fishing In-
dustry.

containing by estimation 6,000 square feet of
land at Pile Bay, Saint Michael, Abutting and

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for the
above post which is permanent and pensionable.

2. The salary of the post is in the scale $4,860 x 180 6,300 per an-
num.



3. Applicants should possess five certificates in the G.C.E. Ordinary
Level Examination, two of which must be English Language and Mathematics
or a similar number of passes at the Intermediate Level of the London Cham-
ber of Commerce Examination or the equivalent will also be accepted.

4. Application forms (Sc.21) and full details of the post may be ob-
tained from the Service Commissions Department, "Flodden," Culloden
Road, St. Michael.



5. Applications forms should reach the Chief Personnel Office, Ser-
