States at Barbados for Barbados, Antigua,
St. Kitts-Nevis, Anguilla, Montserrat, Dom-
inica, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the St. Vin-
cent Grenadines, Grenada and the Southern
Grenadines and the British Virgin Islands re-
ceived Her Majesty's signature on the 2nd
June, 1966.

In the matter of

And in the matter of

ANTHONY'S LIMITED

(In Vdinary Liquidaton)

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of
the above named Company duly convened and
held at the offices of Carrington & Sealy,
Lucas Street, Bridgetown, on the 19th Novem-
ber 1965, the following extraordinary reso-
lution was duly passed by all the members of
the Company being personally present, and
that at a subsequent extraordinary general
meeting of the said Company held at the same
place and immediately thereafter on the same
day(by consent of all the members who were
all personally present) the said resolution
was confirmed by all the members of the
Company as a special resolution, viz:

"ThattheCompany be wound up
voluntarily and that Mr. Woodley
Anthony of St. Lawrence Gap in the
parish of Christ Church in this Is-
land be and he is hereby appointed
Liquidator for the purposes of such
winding up."

British Caribbean Currency Board Notes




Notice is hereby given that, on and after
Monday, 31st October 1966, currency notes
issued by the Board of Commissioners of
Currency, British Caribbean Territories
(Eastern Group), commonly known as the Brit-
ish Caribbean Currency Board, shall no longer
be legal tender in the territories of the Gov-
ernments participating in the East Caribbean
Currency Agreement 1965, that is to say:
Antigua, Barbados, Dominica, Montserrat,
St. Christopher-Nevis-Anguilla, St. Lucia and
St. Vincent.



The above-mentioned date has been de-
termined and this Notice is given in accord-
ance with Article 29(2) of the East Caribbean
Currency Agreement 1965.

of $76,800.00 under the provisions of the above
Act against the said Plantation in respect of
the agricultural year 1966 to 1967. No money
has been borrowed under the Agricultural Aids
Act, 1905, or the above Act in respect of
such year.
