NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that allper-
sons having any debt or claim upon or affect-
ing the estate of Edith Perkins, late of Flat 9
Pavilion Court, Hastings in the parish of
Christ Church in this Island, who died in this
Island on the 2nd day of February 1966, are
hereby requested to send in particulars of
their claim duly attested to the undersigned,
Roebuck Street, Bridgetown, Barbados on or
before the 31st day of May 1966, after which
date we shall proceed to distribute the estate
among the parties entitled thereto having re-
gardto the debts and claims of which we shall
then have had notice, and that we shall not be
liable for the assets sodistributedto any per-
son of whose debt or claim we shall not have
had notice at the time of such distribution, and

ORDER MADE UNDER SECTION 25 OF THE CUS-
TOMS ACT, 1962
The Cabinet in exercise of the powers conferred
on it by section 25 of the Customs ,ct, 1962, as
amended and of all other powers enabling it in that
behalf hereby makes the following Order:-
1. This Order may be cited as the Customs Duties
(Amendment) (No. 3) Order, 1966.
2. Part III of the First Schedule to the Customs
Act, 1962, is hereby amended by the deletion of the
paragraph beginning with the words and figures "Ma-
chinery, apparatus, tools and equipment imported by
any person holding a license or lease under the Petro-
leum Act, 1950" and the substitution therefore of the
following paragraph -
"Machinery, apparatus, tools and equipment, and
all materials, imported by any person holding a
licence or lease under the Petroleum Act, 1950,
which are necessary for the purposes of ex-
ploring for, prospecting for, mining or producing
petroleum, on proof being given to the satis-
faction of the Comptroller that such machinery,
apparatus, tools, equipment or materials are to
be used as aforesaid and for no other purpose."

The Customs Act, 1962

ORDER MADE UNDER SECTION 25 OF THE CUS-
TOMS ACT, 1962
The Cabinet in exercise of the powers conferred
on it by section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962, as
amended and of all powers enabling it in that behalf
hereby makes the following Order:-
1. This Order may be cited as the Customs Duties
(Barbados Dairy Industries Limited) Order, 1966.
2. Part III of the First Schedule to the Customs
Act, 1962, is hereby amended by inserting therein im-
mediately after the paragraph beginning with the words
"All equipment, spares and parts imported by Comput-
ing Devices of Canada" the following new paragraph:-
"All materials, equipment, ingredients and labora-
tory supplies, and all containers, other than
such containers as the Cabinet may for the pur-
poses of this paragraph declare by notice pub-
lished in the Official Gazette to be obtainable
in the Island, where the materials, equipment,
ingredients, laboratory supplies or containers
are proved to the satisfaction of the Comptrol-
ler of Customs to have been imported by or on
behalf of Barbados Dairy Industries Limited
for use in the processing, production and sale
of milk and milk products on the certificate to
that effect of the Secretary of the said Com-
pany."
3. The importation, use and disposal of any of the
items inserted in Part III of the First Schedule to the
Act by Article 2 of this Order shall be subject to such
conditions as to the keeping or rendering of accounts
as the Comptroller of Customs may require.

day of May, one thousand nine hundred and sixty-six:
