THE COLONIAL AIR NAVIGATION ORDER 1961
In exercise of the powers vested in him by Article 67(1) of the
Colonial Air Navigation Order 1961 the Governor hereby orders
as follows:
X 1. This Order may be cited as The Air Navigation (Customs
Sufferance Airports) Order 1963.

2. The places set out in the Schedule to this Order are here-
by designated Customs Airports for the types of aircraft specified
subject to such restrictions as are specified thereunder in the said
Schedule.

SCHEDULE
GEORGE TOWN, Exuma Landplane
Restrictions
(a) This airport shall be used during the period from the 25th
to Oth. June 1963.
(b) -A.commodationsof Customs Officers shall be provided ir
the Club Peace and Plenty.
(c) GTaiatate t ato Customs Officers to and from the airport
shallbe provided by the said Club Peace and Plenty.
SPANISH CAY, Abaco
Restrictions
(a) Only land planes chartered by the owner of Spanish Cay
shall use the airport.
(b) The number of landings shall be limited to twelve per year.
(c) one week's notice shal be gien to the Customs Department.
(d) Transportation of the Commissioner, Green Turtle Cay,
I Abaco, shall be provided by the said owner of Spanish Cay.

Couaoil by section -4 of the Pensions Act (Ch. 365) the following
Order is hereby made:
1. This .Order may be cited as the Robert G. Smith Pension
Order 1963.








2. A reduced pension at the rate of Four Hundred and
Forty-eight Pounds Twelve Shillings and Six Pence (448-12-6)
per annum as from the 1st July, 1963 together with a gratuity in
the amount of One Thousand Four Hundred and Ninety-five
Pounds Eight Shillings and Four Pence (1495-8-4) are hereby
granted to Robert G. Smith.
Ordered in Council this 23rd day of May, 1963.
