In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Governor in
Council by section 4 of the Pensions Act (Ch. 365) the following

1. This Order may be cited as the Timothy Gibson Pension
Order 1963.
2. A reduced pension at the rate of Seven Hundred and
Two Pounds (702) per annum as from the 12th April, 1963,
together with a gratuity in the amount of Two Thousand Three
Hundred and Forty Pounds (2340) are hereby granted to Timo-
thy Gibson.

Regulations Act (Chapter 153) is published for general informa-
tion.

ORDER IN COUNCIL
Made Under
THE CUSTOMS REGULATIONS ACT
(Chapter 153)
In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Governor in
Council by section 3 of The Customs Regulations Act the follow-
ing Order is hereby made:
1. This Order may be cited as The Customs Regulations
(Landing Places) Order 1963.
2. The places mentioned in the Schedule to this Order are
hereby, subject to such restrictions as are specified thereunder in
the said schedule, appointed landing places for the board-
ing of vessels by Officers of Customs.
SCHEDULE
THE 'BAR', Nassau
Restrictions
(a) Only ships -
(i) which due to draught are unable to enter the Har-
bour of Nassau, or
(ii) where docks and anchorages within the Harbour of Nas-
sau at which such ships could otherwise dock or anchor
are fully occupied,
shall be boarded.
(b) Adequate notice shall be given to the Customs Department
by the agents of such ships.
(c) Transportation of Customs Officers shall be provided by the
the said agents.









CLIFTON PIER New Providence
Restrictions
(a) There shall only be boarded -
(i) ships which due to weather conditions are compelled to
off-land passengers at Clifton Pier, or
(ii) oil tankers off-loading oil for the Shell Company of
Bahamas Limited and Esso Standard Oil S.A., or
(iii) ships which are about to unload explosives.
(b) Adequate notice shall be given to the Customs Department
by the agents of such ships or operators of the said oil tankers,
as the case may be.
(c) Transportation of Customs Officers shall be provided by the
said agents or operators, as the case may be.
Ordered in Council this 18th day of May, A.D. 1963.
