If possible, Jurors should apply in person, but in cases where
this is not practicable, monies will be paid to any authorised
person presenting a written order signed by the Juror.
Jurors receiving an amount exceeding two pounds are re-

The subjoined Order in Council made under The Customs
Regulations Act (Chapter 153) is published for general information,
M.P. 14782.
ORDER IN COUNCIL
Made Under
THE CUSTOMS REGULATIONS ACT
(Chapter 153)
In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Governor in
Council by section 3 of the Customs Regulations Act the following
Order is hereby made:
1. This Order may be cited as The Customs Regulations (Suf-
X ferance Wharves) Order 1963.

2. The places mentioned in the Schedule to this Order are
hereby, subject to such restrictions as are specified thereunder in
the said Schedule, appointed sufferance wharves for the lading
and unlading of goods by sufferance.
SCHEDULE
BLUE HOLE POINT, South Side, Nassau
Restrictions
(a) Twenty-four hours advance notice shall be given to the Cus.
toms Department.
(b) Ships owned and operated by Bahamas Construction Equip-
ment Limited only shall be allowed to use the wharf.
(c) Transportation of Customs Officers shall be provided by the
said Company.
(d) At the conclusion of the operations of the said Company the
use of the wharf shall cease.
CLIFTON PIER Dock of Bahamas Gas Company
Restrictions
(a) Twenty-four hours advance notice shall be given to the Cus-
toms Department.
(b) Barges carrying gas operated by Bahamas Gas Company only
shall be allowed to use the wharf.
(c) Transportation of Customs Officers shall be provided by the
said Company.
