THE TARIFF ACT 1959
In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Governor in
Council by section 9(1) of the Tariff Act 1959 the following Order
is hereby made:
1. This Order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Toma-
X toes) Order 1963.

2. The duties of customs on fresh tomatoes shall be as set
out in the Minimum column of Part I of the Second Schedule to
the Tariff Act 1959.
3. The Increases of Customs Duties (No.3) Order 1962 is
hereby revoked in so far as the same applies to fresh tomatoes.
4. The provisions of this Order shall be deemed to have had
effect from the llth day of April, A.D., 1963.
